There is a housing / accommodation crisis right now in Australia. Following the immutable economic Law of supply and demand, a demand higher than supply for both sale and rental of property / accommodation has driven prices for sale and rent up to unaffordable levels. The Reserve Bank high interest rates continue to add to the cost of housing for both renters and borrowers, with no short-term reductions in sight.

Throughout the world, under the Law, limited Companies are treated as if they were living entities separate from the people who manage them, work for them and the shareholders who own them.

Among the people I talk to, there seems to be a general feeling that the World is being governed and led by morons without a thread of common sense between them.

I’m depressed. It seems everywhere I look worldwide, there is nothing but bad news. Covid-19, Trump, China, Russia and Europe, I’m sick of it all.
I’d like to be on an island somewhere with no information good or bad about the outside world.
